Refund policy

At Wonderleaf, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable to your store)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

6. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (it may take time to process)
  • Then contact your bank
    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
